EAP(Employee Assistance Programme)
Debbie has been providing psychological support and intervention to employers and their employees for many years. Such intervention can be anything from effectively managing stress through to returning to work after a long period of absence.
In light of recent changes to employment law and the requirements of employers to provide adequate support to their employees in managing their stress, Debbie also works closely with Human Resource providers in ensuring that the appropriate support is provided to their employees.
